Order Tracking
Online orders are scheduled periodically 7 days a week within the tolerance depicted in order forms. Transfer of the orders to the store are provided in alternative means within a backup procedure. The information sent by the order form is recorded in our database and mailed to the store and the service provider at the same time. Information storage and transfer exludes credit card information to provide an excellent security. Order mailboxes are checked both by our  store and our service provider periodically. In case of any failure to transfer the order, order forms display the result of the operation and reports failure to the visitor.

Payment Tracking
Payment transactions are provided online by Garanti Bankasi virtual POS system that operated by one of the well-known local bank in Turkey. Customers are informed about the payment status and acknowledged online, immediately after the payment page. The total amount  that has been displayed as United States Dollars are transfered to our transaction provider in Turkish Liras. The currency for calculations are updated periodically and entered below the currency of legal authority, The Central Bank of Republic of Turkey, to transfer less price to the customer in case of any currency fluctiation.

Delivery Tracking
The tolerance specified in order forms are of 100% in tolerance when compared to worst case. We provide contact with the customer if any problem occurs related with the delivery address information or the delivery fails for any reason. Automated response e-mail messages provides an acknowlement of the e-mail address of the customer for us. We are responsible to our POS system provider as well.

Delivery Procedure
Deliveries for locations in Istanbul are provided directly by Oskar flower delivery department with well equipped vehicles. Delivery to Ankara, Izmir or Bursa are provided by our partners those product and delivery quality levels are acceptable by us. Delivery to other locations in Turkey exluding Istanbul, Ankara, Ismir and Bursa are provided by Interflora Fleurop certificated florists. Interflora Fleurop members are auidited by the organization.

Product Guarantee
Products are prepared as published in the site. Products are disabled to be ordered to undeliverable locations by online selection software. Products are updated against the seasonal availibility difficulties. Comments and any complaint are examined and the corrective actions are taken with sense.

Auditing
The customer feedback are evaluated by 3rd party auiditors for convenience for obligations.
Bank: We are responsible to our POS system provider for payment and delivery related concepts.
InterFlora Fleurop: We are responsible to the international network organization of certificated florists. Interflora Fleurop also provides confidence to us for international delivery transfered by us.

Oskar is a registered trademark by TPE. Oskar International Florist presents in only one site with domain names www.oskarcicek.com.tr, www.oskarcicek.com and only one store depicted in the address. We are not responsible for any site or store with similar name those are not registered by legal authorities.
